1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Intelligent Organization™ platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Intelligent Organization.

2. Description of Service

The Intelligent Organization™ provides an AI maturity assessment platform, including but not limited to: AI readiness assessments, maturity scoring, action plan generation, resource libraries, and organizational transformation guidance. The Platform is designed to help organizations evaluate and improve their AI capabilities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • The AI Maturity Assessment™ methodology and scoring framework
  • The Four Pillar Framework (Strategic Leadership & Governance, Culture & Work Design, Infrastructure & Data, Learning & Adaptation)
  • All assessment questions, scoring algorithms, and maturity level definitions
  • Action templates, implementation guides, checklists, and resource materials
  • The Platform's design, graphics, user interface, and visual elements
  • All text, documentation, and written content

are owned by The Intelligent Organization, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the assessment methodology or content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Platform to develop competing products or services
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your assessment data and company information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE INTELLIGENT ORGANIZATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE ASSESSMENT RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INTELLIGENT ORGANIZATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Intelligent Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
